ASAN service
A one-stop, largely digital model for public services that won the UN Public Service Award in 2015.
ASAN service centres have operated since 2012. Citizens can obtain dozens of public services — identity cards, notary services, registrations — in one building, without queues and transparently.
The model rests on e-government technology, and mobile buses bring services to remote villages. In 2015 ASAN service received the UN Public Service Award, and its experience is studied in several countries.
