Hungary men's national water polo team
The most successful team in water polo history, with 16 Olympic medals, nine of them gold.

Water polo is regarded as Hungary's national sport, and its men's team as the strongest in the sport's history, with 16 Olympic, 12 World Championship and 26 European Championship medals.
The team won its first Olympic gold at Los Angeles in 1932 and became Olympic champion three times in a row in 2000, 2004 and 2008.
Its 1956 Melbourne match against the USSR went down in history as the "Blood in the Water" match, and Hungary finished that tournament with gold as well.
