Kâmil Pasha (the Cypriot)
A Turkish Cypriot Ottoman statesman (1833–1913) who served four times as Grand Vizier.

Mehmed Kâmil Pasha was born in Cyprus and entered Ottoman state service young, holding posts in Egypt, Anatolian provinces and Istanbul.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries he was four times Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire and was known as a liberal, pro-British politician.
He died in his native Cyprus in 1913 and was buried in Nicosia — the Turkish Cypriot who rose highest in Ottoman history.
