Southern Gas Corridor
A pipeline system carrying Shah Deniz gas via Georgia, Türkiye and Greece to Italy, supplying Europe since 2020.

The Southern Gas Corridor consists of three pipelines: the South Caucasus Pipeline (Azerbaijan–Georgia), TANAP across Türkiye (2018) and TAP through Greece, Albania and under the Adriatic to Italy (2020), almost 3,500 kilometres in total.
At the end of 2020 Azerbaijani gas reached Europe for the first time. The corridor plays an important role in diversifying the energy supply of Türkiye and several European countries.
