Turkic Investment Fund

The joint investment fund of the OTS states, created by an agreement signed in Ankara in 2023 and based in Istanbul.

The Turkic Investment Fund is a joint financial institution set up to deepen economic integration among the Turkic states. Its founding agreement was signed in Ankara on 16 March 2023 at an extraordinary OTS summit. It is based in Istanbul.

Its main aim is to finance small and medium-sized businesses, infrastructure, green energy and technology projects in member countries and to boost trade and joint production between them. Its announced initial authorised capital is 500 million US dollars.

The Fund is seen as one of the main tools for the common economic space envisaged in the OTS "Turkic World Vision 2040".
