Turkmen President's book on permanent neutrality published in Azerbaijani

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's book "Turkmenistan's Neutrality: A Clear Path to Peace and Trust" has been published in Azerbaijani. The Turkmen state news agency reported it on October 21.
The book was presented at the Institute of International Relations of Turkmenistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of the ministry's leadership, diplomatic missions accredited in the country and representatives of academic circles. Azerbaijan's ambassador to Turkmenistan spoke at the event.
The book covers the principles of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and how the policy works in regional and global affairs. The report notes that Turkmenistan is the only state whose permanent neutrality has been recognised by the UN General Assembly three times.
