Charter of TÜRKSAI, the Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of the Turkic States, signed in Antalya
On 24 October in Antalya, Türkiye, the charter of TÜRKSAI — the organization of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) members — was signed, giving the body official legal status.
The founding declaration had been signed in Istanbul in November 2025; the Antalya ceremony is the next step in that process. Representatives of the audit institutions of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan attended.
OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev delivered the keynote speech. TÜRKSAI provides an institutional framework for sharing public-audit experience, developing common standards and running joint audit projects among member states.
