President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit on 8 October. A guard of honour was lined up at Turkmenbashi International Airport, where he was met by Turkmenistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.

He then arrived at the Avaza complex for the 8th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan and Central Asia, where he was welcomed by Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The video shows the highlights of the visit: the arrival, the meeting hall and Ilham Aliyev's speech.
