Kazakh cyclists take the full UCI Asia Tour individual podium for the first time

In the final 2026 UCI Asia Tour individual ranking, Yevgeniy Fedorov of XDS Astana Team finished first with 666.33 points, followed by teammate Nicolas Vinokurov with 576.33. It is the first time Kazakh riders have taken the whole podium of the ranking.

Kazakhstan has held the top individual spot since 2018: Alexey Lutsenko has won the ranking seven times in nine seasons, Fedorov twice. 2026 is Lutsenko's final professional season; on 23 September he won the road race at the Asian Games in Japan, his sixth Asian Games gold and a national record.

In the nations ranking Kazakhstan leads with 2,339.99 points, more than 1,200 ahead of second-placed Mongolia and third-placed Japan, and has finished first every year since 2017. The XDS Astana Development Team took third place in the team ranking, its best result ever.
